two small business owners recently discovered that the city of live oak has been forcing us to spend large amounts of money on things that were completely unnecessary in order to drive up the valuation of projects to increase revenues to a private outside company. this private outside company receives 65% of all permit fees. our investigation has overturned a city with very little oversight. It is a city that has limited accountability run by an unelected dictator.

we have reason to believe that the city of live oak may be utilizing their 23 flock license plate camera readers purchased for law enforcement for purposes completely unrelated to law enforcement as an enforcement mechanism for their revenue generation from permits and fees.
